POP-UP GUIDELINES

BEFORE YOU BOOK: Note that you must be able to provide a relevant business license/permit within (3) days of reserving your pop-up slot with this location. We will NOT submit your booking request to the venue until the license/permit has been received. VENDOR SLOTS AVAILABLE: 1 per timeslot TIME : 9:00a-2:00p | one hour allotted before & after for setup & breakdown SPACE : Ground Floor, Outdoors, Partly Shaded | 6' space EQUIPMENT: Venue will provide table & chairs. Vendor is able to bring a standalone umbrella for additional coverage. VENDOR PREFERENCES: POC-owned businesses. Organic, sustainable, non-toxic, fresh, handmade products. Vendors in the creative space. Art prints, fresh flower bouquets, jewelry, skin products, candles, crystals. VENDOR RESTRICTIONS: Any cannabis products, alcohol, & food products must be properly packaged & in-line with the venue's brand. MISC: - Confirmed vendors will be featured in the venue's newsletters & also promoted through the venue's PR team/networks. - Vendors are asked not to consume food during pop-up. If you decide to purchase food from the restaurant after the pop-up, you will be offered a vendor discount. - There are 3 parking lots nearby. The venue does not validate parking. Vendors are responsible for parking fees. *Must book minimum 2 weeks in advance.


Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Payments must be made ahead of time to reserve your spot due to the confirmation & approval process with our Pop-Up Program Partners. If you are subsequently denied a vendor slot, your reservation fee will be refunded in full within 7-14 days from the time the reservation was made. All reservation fees are non-refundable once you have been approved as a vendor for the requested time slot & location. Failure to adhere to the guidelines described may result in being banned from the Pop-Up Program.
