Sometimes it is darkest before we see the light. After going through a difficult divorce I was left with a choice. Live life based on the circumstances of my situation or design a life that I would love! It is from this decision that State of Design Coaching was born.

As a certified life coach, I help people looking to make meaningful change in their lives design a vision so that they can turn their dreams into a life they love. Having studied transformational principles for the last 5 years, I have experienced first-hand the power of having a vision. A vision is simply a very detailed dream that gives direction & inspiration into the life you would love. I provide a space for my clients to dream big, feel worthy of their dreams, & help them take one step each day with what they have & what they know to move forward towards achieving their vision.
