About the Brand
Bougie Fluff is the creation of Kim Otis, founder of KLO Events. In 2021, while designing an event, Kim wanted to book a cotton candy cart, but couldn’t find one that matched the style & aesthetic she was looking for. Inspired by her love of pink & all things bougie, she teamed up with her daughter, Taylor, & fast-forward two years later – Bougie Fluff was born.
We’ve added a luxe & whimsical spin to a classic childhood treat. This is not carnival-style cotton candy. This is cotton candy reimagined.
